A couple next to me just broke up because they both used ChatGPT to figure out who is right. Both were told they were right and the partner was wrong. No compromises. Now I'm wondering how many relationships it destroyed since Nov 2022, probably millions already? 🤔
@Hoodie_Milly@Chesschick01@elonmusk You can only escape if you live in the mountains next to the border with China. North Koreans need permits to visit other cities inside of the country, people don't have cars, and I haven't seen any public buses, so you can't even get close to the border unless you live there.
Unfortunately Pakistan rejected my visa application, so I had to change my plans, and decided to check out Goa instead. Dealing with all these entry requirements can be such a painful side of exploring the world. Gonna celebrate my birthday here instead of Islamabad. 😔
@nymph0nymph@_cocles@Lrobert221@propandco@IDF It says there they were arrested for attacking people and damaging property with stones. They're lucky to be in prison, IDF is authorized to murder stone throwers after they killed a number of Israelis using them.
@5Sheet1@Avron_p@DavidSacks We've signed peace deals with Russia twice already. Both times they just used the ceasefire period to improve their army, prepare better and come back to kill more Ukrainian children. So what are you suggesting, sign the third peace deal? We all know what happens next.
@XPELgopTRAITORS@DefenceU There are national republics inside of Russia that want to be independent in fact. Say, that Chita Republic is actually mainly Yakutia and Buryatia, both populated by North Asians with completely different culture than Russian, and they will not miss a chance to separate.
@droxenator@AAndrusov@Osinttechnical 1. I'm an ethnic Russian who moved to Ukraine, and I learned Ukrainian quite easily. It's a myth that Russians are impotent of learning languages.
2. There are also many private schools, you can find Russian ones too. It's like anywhere else in the world.
@droxenator@AAndrusov@Osinttechnical 1. There are no such laws. You can speak any language you want. Before the war ~40% spoke Russian daily. Public schools teach only in Ukrainian now, but there are many private schools to choose from.
2. Ukraine can have absolutely any laws and they are not Russian business.
@Count_WomenUSA @andrew17sc @levente_pal They are Ukrainian citizens, we have a significant Hungarian minority in the Western Ukraine. I recall visiting some towns near the border, where locals don't even speak Ukrainian.
