I recently used this in a @PlayLearnLab group meeting where I asked all participants to list their concerns and questions about a decision we were making. Then, I could address each comment without anyone knowing who had posted it. (2/2)
My current favorite Zoom conversation trick:
Have everyone in the room rename themselves "Person" and then there is no (easy) way to identify who wrote what comments in the chat. This allows for people to add comments and questions without feeling judged. (1/2)
