@BrianLSpilner Hey Bud, had issues as well, found out the pen that came with my TabS7 works perfectly and haven't looked back. I had the eraser part too, but now used to just use eraser button or hit back button. Pretty sure Samsung sells them cheaper. Just FYI, Hope it helps be well!
