I spent over 24 hours on the road, was dropped in a city I never booked for, forced to board random buses, and got a ₹219 refund.
And now you’re telling me the matter is “noted”?

That she needs to report to her office early morning and doesn't feel safe that in the middle of the night she is being shifted across the cities but no one cared.

I want strict action taken.
I’ve been stuck on the roads for over 24 hours, thrown into random buses at midnight, dropped off in unknown cities, and left to figure out my own way to Jaipur.
