after much contemplation and trial of attempting to find my signature, I landed on the hanko stamp: a Japanese seal or signature

while I am not Japanese myself, I am inspired by their culture and their artists (photographers, directors, authors, etc)

Captain America 2 and 3 were about Captain America directly going against the US government because they made poor choices based on incomplete information. He's not a propaganda-spewing mouthpiece and is in fact the direct opposite. So yeah Anthony Mackie is right.

[𝐇𝐄’𝐒 𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐍. . .𝐎𝐍 𝐀 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 @FuturistStark]

This is quite literally regarded as one of Roger’s best speeches of all time.

If you disagree with Mackie, you quite literally do not understand the character of Captain America. He’ll fight America just as quick as he’s to fight in the name of it.

Just as we'll miss these future events, future generations will envy our era.

They'll wish they'd been alive to see:

• The beginning of the internet
• Saturn's rings
• Total solar eclipses
• The great natural wonders we take for granted

Donald Trump has won the 2024 election.

Four years after launching an unprecedented attack on democracy and leaving the White House in disgrace, the convicted felon will return to Washington, DC, as the 47th president of the United States.

Donald Trump — the twice impeached former president, Jan. 6 coup leader, convicted felon, adjudicated sexual abuser, and man who mismanaged the 2020 economic implosion and coronavirus disaster that killed more than 1 million people in this country — has convinced American voters to give him another term in the White House.

Jon Stewart on election night: "We're all going to have to wake up tomorrow morning and work like hell to move the world to the place that we prefer it to be." #DailyShow

[usulscytale @usulscytale]

did not want to wake up to this news

why did people vote for a convicted felon?
why did people vote for a president that did nothing to help prevent or lower the chaos that occurred in 2020?
why did people vote for someone who will support Russia and Putin?
so many why’s
