The trail cams got stolen and most phones and cheap cameras don't have a good enough sensor for even remotely decent pictures in low lighting especially if the subject is a good distance away.

@CenturyLinkHelp I called back and luckily happened to get someone who had a little authority and was able to help. Everyone was nice but I think the way you guys offer support is very bad, it was pure luck that I finally got someone who could help after hours of trying.

@CenturyLinkHelp I'm pretty sure CenturyLink has fired all their employees because the service hardly works and I've been trying to contact support for 4 days and can't get ahold of anyone. Take a page from T-Mobile, they know how to provide support even in quarantine.

@CenturyLinkHelp Thanks for following up. After speaking with 6-7 people who would transfer me to someone else who could supposedly help me but would end up transferring me again. Finally they sent me to customer retention who never answered when I was transferred.
