An interesting aside, that Supervisor Janice Hahn pointed out, is that fellow supervisor Lindsey Horvath appointed herself to the @LAHomeless commission. It's interesting because typically the authority has struggled to take a lead on homelessness. (Horvath pictured).

Training and education are undervalued.
