We joined health care advocates from @utchildren to visit @SenJohnCurtis today & urge him to #ProtectMedicaid from cuts. #Medicaid is a lifeline for cancer patients & all those at risk of developing the disease. Utahns need reliable access to health care.
Medicaid does far more than provide basic health coverage—it builds a foundation for lifelong health and development. Help us ensure that every child, parent, senior, and adult can access the care they need.

NEW: The Educational Choice for Children Act would send $136.3 billion in public revenue to private school voucher programs over the next 10 years.
It would also allow the rich to donate stock & avoid capital gains tax, creating a lucrative tax shelter. https://t.co/yCdyFaxtcX
Vouchers don’t cover the cost of private school—you do. When vouchers divert taxpayer money to private schools, public schools lose vital programs, increase class sizes, and sometimes shut down, harming students the most. Learn more: https://t.co/rIxK32WeyT @PEER_equity

As the budget reconciliation process continues, let your lawmakers know that instead of slashing funding for Medicaid and the CTC, they should focus on investing in communities and ensuring stability for families.
