The President said that the probationers are joining their services at a transformative moment in India's developmental journey. She told officers that their role would be vital in inclusive development of India and in making it globally more competitive. She advised them always to adopt and promote the citizen-centric approach while performing their duties.

President Droupadi Murmu visited the exhibition showcasing the paintings made by tribal artists at Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Centre. The President appreciated the artworks created by the artists belonging to various parts of the country. She said that the eternal relationship between human beings and nature is reflected in their paintings. She urged all to appreciate and promote the rich art and culture of tribal communities.

The artists have made these paintings during their week-long stay at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

The President spent time in the cafe and celebrated her birthday with the staff who were excited to meet and wish the President.

MITTI cafe is a movement towards an inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and contribute. The non-profit organisation is creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities and creating awareness about disability through cafes, community meals and skill development initiatives.

President Droupadi Murmu visited Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities in New Delhi. During her interaction with staff members, divyang children and their parents, she appreciated the tireless efforts of the institute for the socio-economic empowerment of Divyangjan. The President emphasised that a person can overcome any limitation through dedication and determination.
