🦅14 things I learned to take care in my 20's :
1. Take the initiative. Be the one who approaches first—that's how things begin.
2. The pain of rejection is way better than the pain of regret. Make your move, fail, and try again.
3. Go all in. Don’t hold back; you will recover. Give your full time and energy to the tasks that matter to you, and soon you'll see unimaginable results.
4. Do the right things, regardless of how you feel. Results matter in the real world, and your emotions won't help you. Get things done and trust yourself.
5. The lone wolf always loses. You can’t stand a chance on your own. You’re not just competing with people who are smarter, but with those who are more connected, wealthier, and understand teamwork. Work together as a team.
6. Difficult times reveal your true nature.
7. Bitter truth: Nobody cares about your opinion unless you add real value. It doesn’t matter what you think—only what you do.
8. Those who stand for nothing fall for everything.
9. Keep your resources minimal. Only then will you achieve what you want within an estimated time.
10. Be aware of problems to solve them. The effects of ignorance show up at the very end, when things start getting out of hand. Reflect on it, and change whatever is holding you back.
11. Integrity matters. Once it's breached, even the strongest bonds can break. Things get serious when we lose ourselves or our ethics in the moment, and say things that hurt. Don’t let hedonism take over your mind.
12. Even when you are weak, even when you are strong, don't let these two Enemies (Fear and Greed) Conquer you.
13. Complete your tasks within the estimated time. If you give too much uncalculated time to complete a task, it makes you comfortable. Set clear deadlines. That consistent rush will make you better.
14. Embrace monk mode. There will be times when people say you're no fun, not interesting, or even boring. This usually happens because you're so focused on one thing that there’s no time for anything else. But that’s the state you need to reach your goals.
I swear half of “low motivation” is just men living like absolute goblins.
Dark room.
Bad food.
No movement.
Phone all day.
No mission.
No real pressure.
Then they wonder why testosterone is dead.
Like bro... your lifestyle is anti-human.
The more I’ve worked, the more i have realized that..
Excitement doesn’t last long if you want to focus on your long term goal.
You’ve to just be in a neutral state, keep discipline and follow your routine everyday without chasing any dopamine.
Embrace boredom.
I’ll rather be the most boring guy in the room, which just likes taking quick action.
Rather than the one who chases cheap dopamine and finds excitement in their work.
As a man, it’s your duty to just fucking work and keep your emotions aside.
Men braver and stronger than you lost fights last night.
It’s true.
If that makes you happy you have reached the lowest echelon of man.
The jealous and envious troll.
Fighters don’t always win.
Fighters FIGHT.
Respect to all 🫡
If you don't exist on the internet, you are choosing to be invisible to opportunities. Money buys assets, but an active online presence builds distribution, trust, and access. Staying hidden isn't humble anymore, it's an active liability.
You guys dont realize how lazy people are
If you actually lock in, but I mean extreme levels you will take over any guy around you or online
It legit takes couple months and you are infront of everyone
Just be consistent and work so hard people think you are off your head
There is no competition in this generation, everyone is faking it for social media
The guys that post videos working all day are setting up their tripod for the aesthetic clip
If I was to put a tripod down I would forget about it and have a 12h recording by accident
Main reason I dont have a personal brand
I would spend 90% of my time trying to make my life look good, trying to impress people that dont even care about me
There is a reason the real ballers dont have social media and have the most random businesses ever
Im rooting for you, sit down for a couple months and your life will change forever
6 months ago you were hungry.
now you eat the same meal daily and call it consistency.
you stopped progressing.
Stopped being the person who figured it out with nothing.
you got comfortable.
remember who you were when you had no money and zero options.
be that person again.
No bullshit.
Gym 6x a week.
Same food everyday. Zero fucks about taste.
Counting calories.
At least 3x coffee a day.
Getting lean and shredded.
Working on important tasks.
Away from the losers.
Taking action 24/7.
@timpjohansson A lot of people eventually realize “perfect optimization” is hard to sustain long term.
The healthiest lifestyle is usually the one you can realistically maintain consistently without burning yourself out mentally or physically.
