It is really funny how the AI bot miss the main topic when I revert the first time and say sorry one more time and then repeat the same thing.

Multiple followups to @RelianceDigital got ignored and pushed back with a don't care attitude and no return policy

-return-refund
-Upgrade to better product with extra payment

Product was purchased via online platform from @RelianceDigital, a 1.5ton split inverter AC of @carrier brand.

After installation we found AC acting like a cooler. Then started raising tickets via to @RelianceDigital to which we received very ignorant and slow response
