@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G Bss baat bole jaa rha hai bina kuch accept kiye, mtlb puri ek body jo hai government ki, "executive" usi ko gyb kr diya. Chodh yr, tere jaiso se debate faltu hai jo bss apni baat bolte rehte hai, bina kuch actual proof ke.
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G Phir usse bhul ke tu Police ki baat krne lg gya, abe wo to sbko hi pta hai state list me hai, original post me Education aur health ki baat ho rhi thi, to isme RG Kar case and karnataka wale ka kya relevance hai? Koi Inka example de na jha state govt. ki mrji chli ho
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G "Karnataka case dikhaya toh chup.State autonomy par facts diye toh faltu baate karne laga"
Ye kb hogya? Ek bhi facts nhi, tu education and health ki baat kr rha tha jo concurrent list me hai, maine tujhe original Article and ek example bhi de diya.
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G Abe maine literally us reply me likh rkha hai ki I don't want to argue about this law, mai tujhe dikha rha tha how central government wins in implementation. "gandu ye, gandu wo", khud dekha hai kitna bda gandu lg rha hai aise arguments se?
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G Maine tujhe proof ke saath articles dikha diye, heck tujhe pol science bhi pdha diya ki legislative and executive me kya antr hota hai, to tu hi RG Kar Case ki baat krne lga, mjhe lga ft gyi teri. Ab tu time waste kr rha hai bina logic ke
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G Chal tune NEET wala to accept kiya, mera bss utna hi argument tha baki police to state ke under hi aati hai, so state is at fault for that. Not the other ones you mentioned. Lol what a great "teacher" teaching lies to others. And ye aaya tha concurrent list sikhane ππ
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G Yup and all of them work only under law not some random "orders", Bhai tujhe sach me lgta hai government phone kr ke bolti hai ki ye krdo ya wo krdo, they literally pass a law, which is then followed by executive officers. And it is passed by Central government.
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G They only work under the law, not under any government, the control government have on them is due to transfers which too is managed by Central. You are really so dumb and this guy was teaching others. You are just talking in a philosophical manner with no actual proof.
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G You don't even know who does the implementation of laws? It's the executive dumbass, those IAS, IPS babus, not some government. Ye to 6th grade me pdha hoga?
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G Now, I'm not arguing about this law, I'm just saying central has complete superiority over state and as they say, with great power comes great responsibility so the central gov should be held accountable. But ofcourse people like you "teaching" others don't actually know anything
@DamorSumit1@Iam_Rohit_G This is complete bogus now, both have their own medium of making laws and implementing them, that's why MP and MLAs exist, none of them take order of "implementation" from others. The only fact is that central has superior power in both.
@Iam_Rohit_G (2/2)So the burden of Education and Health failure lies on Central gov since they have supreme power. As for Petrol, this structure has remained same, BJP ruled states like Andhra and MP have highest state tax. The real problem is diplomatic failure forcing us to seek US's waiver
@Iam_Rohit_G (1/2) A 10th grade student knows about concurrent list, it's not something a youth wouldn't know unless they have only worked in IT Cell.
They would also know that in concurrent list, if two conflicting laws are made, central's law shall prevail.
@VinayKumar409@sharma_views Yeah that's what I'm saying, not everyone is able to clear IIT JEE, and there aren't much seats anyway, so why not invest in normal colleges and their placements? Those 90% other colleges don't receive placements. What's the point of hardwork if there aren't enough seats for all?
