@Iam_Rohit_G (1/2) A 10th grade student knows about concurrent list, it's not something a youth wouldn't know unless they have only worked in IT Cell.
They would also know that in concurrent list, if two conflicting laws are made, central's law shall prevail.

@VinayKumar409 @sharma_views Yeah that's what I'm saying, not everyone is able to clear IIT JEE, and there aren't much seats anyway, so why not invest in normal colleges and their placements? Those 90% other colleges don't receive placements. What's the point of hardwork if there aren't enough seats for all?
