One of the main distortions in people is the belief in justice and the desire to achieve justice. It's interesting, of course, I myself am an ardent supporter. But more often than not, this struggle leads to nothing good. There is no justice in life, it's a fictional concept.
The poster above me says: 'Do more of what makes you happy.' I'm trying to remember what makes me happy and I can't. Nothing comes to mind. Well, when I encounter a well-written thought in a book, it makes me a little happy.
After the run, some unpleasant thought settled in. Or a whole set of thoughts. And I gathered them all and passed them on to the stone. Let it ponder. That's the life hack I came up with. Passing thoughts to other objects and watching from the sidelines.
If there's a task or intention, don't try to plan everything all at once. Start by doing what's known and reduce it until only the unknown remains. Now you can plan.
