Top advice for running digital workshops from Pascal Müller of @antwerpes? 1. Use headphones 2. Build a second communication channel for organizers 3. Turn video on for personal feeling 4. Don’t interrupt people & plan who will say what, when 5. Take breaks after 60-90min #uxcgn
6. Give time for participants to also work a bit on their own (not always in groups) and discuss in smaller groups 7. Share your screen and document what is being discussed 8. Create a transparent “how to” with “rules” and checklist for attendees #uxcgn
9. Split people up into smaller groups 10. Create a timeline/agenda for organizers that lays out who does what, when and what that person does - detailed! #uxcgn

Trotz technischer Unwägbarkeiten haben wir es geschafft. Danke für Eure Geduld & fürs einschalten. Hoffentlich bis bald. Bleibt gesund!
