@PageauJonathan@WesleyLHuff Africa is a place of refuge and temporary protection of the mystery. Moses and Christ with His family were hidden there from the danger. The Theotokos is the Ark - a container of the divine and a protective border against chaos, so this fits the pattern.
You are hypocrites.
“Purely educational” may ass. Crazy that betting on the war exists and you encourage it. Hope API access is restricted for you all forever.
It’s like saying OnlyFans is purely for education.
At least be honest about what you’re doing.
Pentagon Pizza Watch (PPW) is issuing this statement in response to several misinterpretations surrounding our recent update showcasing DeepStateLive’s Ukraine frontline map integrated into PolyGlobe.
1. PPW does not endorse war, violence, or suffering of any kind.
This update was not created to gamify conflict, celebrate destruction, or trivialize human life.
2. What PolyGlobe Actually Is
-PolyGlobe is a visual analytics layer designed to help people understand global events by connecting Open-source intelligence (OSINT), Publicly available datasets, and Real-time prediction markets
It is purely informational and educational, a tool for contextualizing what’s happening in the world, not influencing it.
2. Context: Why war-related markets exist
-@Polymarket has clearly articulated the purpose of prediction markets in high-stakes global situations. This directly quotes their website:
-“The promise of prediction markets is to harness the wisdom of the crowd to create accurate, unbiased forecasts for the most important events to society. That ability is particularly invaluable in gut-wrenching times like today. After discussing with those directly affected by the attacks, who had dozens of questions, we realized that prediction markets could give them answers in ways TV news and X could not.”
-We have seen time and time again that markets are far more accurate than journalism for situation monitoring. Prediction markets give accurate, unbiased forecasts when people need answers most.
-PolyGlobe follows this same philosophy.
It is a way to visualize information, not sensationalize it.
3. Some users have assumed that PolyGlobe’s map is “pro-Russian” because it only displays Russian and Belarusian unit positions.
This is not the case.
The underlying data comes directly from DeepStateLive, an independent Ukrainian OSINT project widely used by journalists and civilians. Their public-facing map currently displays only Russian/Belarusian force dispositions, not Ukrainian units.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION ON THIS MATTER.
The Shopify Live Globe is back this Black Friday!
And we built a pinball game out of it.
It runs at 120fps in a browser with a full 3d environment, physics engine, VR support and more. 👀
We’ve had quite a bit of attention lately.
A lot of incredible people are reaching out and it feels like half the X design community is playing around with our style. The other half is trying to figure out what makes it work.
What we do isn’t technically complex or groundbreaking at all. I think it stands out simply because finance design/branding, especially on the B2B side where we operate, is usually dull and conservative.
In fact, we’re just two self-taught designers creating basically everything you see in our socials. We’ve turned our technical shortcomings into an advantage by learning to do a few simple things really well.
If you want to join me, @haris_chc, and the rest of the small design team at @Quartr_App, send us your portfolio and a message about why you’re excited to join.
We’re looking for quality-obsessed people in UI/UX, motion, and graphic design who want to do their life’s work.
Ever since I first saw this I wanted to try implementing it in TypeGPU, and I finally got around to it while testing the new 0.8 release.
You can try out the Jelly Slider here:

Had a lot of fun brainstorming optimisations with @iwoplaza and the team, and it should run well on most modern devices.
Built entirely with TypeGPU, no extra libraries, with all shaders written in TypeScript. The prototyping speed with features like console.log on the GPU and “bindless” resources made the process really smooth.
Creation has nested layers of agency, where each layer exists to fulfill a purpose, and the purpose is virtuous participation in the "Great Chain of Being". Humanity is given a special place, dominion and power, and we are commanded to love and take care of it in communion.
When cognition scales, matter wakes up.
Michael Levin says every system that learns to pursue goals has a “cognitive lightcone,” the slice of reality it can care about.
A bacterium tracks sugar. A human plans for centuries.
Life is matter expanding what it can care about.
A group of Carmelite monks deep in the mountains of Wyoming is doing something few would dare.
They’re building a towering Gothic monastery… with CNC machines.
Yes. An ancient monastic order is using cutting-edge tech to create a structure that looks like it could have risen in the Middle Ages.
Twenty years ago, they came to Meeteetse with $400 and a dream no one believed in. Experts told them their monastery would cost $80 million. It was impossible.
So they did what monks have done for centuries: they adapted.
They taught themselves how to carve stone with diamond-tipped CNC machines. No formal training. No engineering background. Just faith, grit, and prayer.
Block by block, some weighing over 4,000 pounds, they’re shaping angels, gargoyles, and ribbed arches worthy of a medieval cathedral.
Their goal: a chapel that could stand for a thousand years. A masterpiece hidden in the Wyoming wilderness.
Some say it’s madness.
Others say it’s a miracle in slow motion.
What do you call it?
I wonder if OnlyFans is going to be considered a “creator”, if yes I imagine there will be the greatest migration of hoes in history.
It will rival Manifest Destiny.
Without an outside judge these are just different types of order based on different criteria. Divine order places life and everything that supports and propagates it at the center, which becomes the true criteria, and what truly makes one type of order better than the other.
