As per the approval document issued by the Municipality the permit was given for the construction of 1 stilt + 5 floors building proposed to be constructed on the Survey No. 1045/2/3 on an extent 853 square yards / 723.84 square meters with the Building height 14.95 square meters that was granted on March 27, 2025. So where are the mandatory NOCs and @rera_ts Approval?

The Layout permit Number mentioned as 3028 of 2023, and the layout date mentioned as 03.05.2003? How it is possible?

The total extent of land in said survey No. 1045 is 2.38 Acres is in prohibited list under 22-A, then on what basis this approval was granted?

The building construction work was supposed to be commenced within 18 months from the date of approval, but before obtaining the approval the building construction was already completed and the builder trying to sell the flats to customers through unregistered agreements? What is the Municipal authorities doing? Were you ever visited or inspected the site before granting permission?

Is the commencement and complition notices served by the builder?

Is the Gift deed executed for road and common areas in favor of the Municipality?
Is there any corruption or quid-pro-quo with the builder and the municipal authorities?
Previously one person submitted detailed complaint to the Municipality but not sure why the authorities filed to Act?
This needs to be investigated.

I used to live in Filmnagar and this hill had hundreds of peacocks and 20-30 acres of Green cover in the heart of the city.

You can see the peacocks that used to fly from the hill onto our apartments by the evenings in the picture.

In 2021, KTR government ensured that hill is gone, huge police force was deployed for days and DSR world took over that area destroying the green cover.

JCB and Hitachis destroyed the green cover and pushed away the peacocks and birds, Hundreds of blasts everyday and tons of dust. Eventually we moved out of that area.

Remember, not a single job was created here, its no IT Park. It’s an ultra luxury apartment with each unit selling for 15-25 crores.

It’s funny and feels like a joke of the decade to see KTR fight for environment.
