@adcock_brett Why is it compared to outdated models? We have GPT 5.6, Opus/Fable 5, Gemini Flash 3.6, Gemini Pro 3.5. In the provided benchmarks, every single model is outdated by months. And all of them are internet capable, or not?

Also, if a score is >95%, benchmark is likely saturated.

@kimmonismus I wish. They'd "just" need an architecture breakthrough. Sth like a multi modal AI lattice that can effectively organize a corpus of evolving knowledge. Could have many lightweight separate agents, & a centrally coordinated knowledge base. Could be very cheap, yet super powerful.

@scaling01 I've observed studies /w outdated models & delayed publication many times. Traditional scientific process is too slow /w AI. Such studies should be sped up. No idea why it took until 1/2026 to release a study using 4o. This seems pointless, showing a reality that is long gone.
