@NicoleAshRoss Ashton, you bring up a great point. Math is a subject that’s difficult to keep students engaged unless they have an affinity for it. I think she did a phenomenal job integrating Flossville into her lessons while still keeping her students accountable for their grades.

The truth and implement those truths with a hands-on approach. What works best for you, may not work for someone else.

@pcmendoza04 Hi Paigelyn, I have the same nerves about burn-out. Too often I see and hear other educators with that feelings. But I believe it’s also our duty as educators of the next generation of students to help revamp the system where needed and help each other.
Potential my students have and helping them further their careers as well. One thing that makes me nervous that I have dealt with is the small age gap or being much younger than my current students and how to mitigate those issues when/if they arise.
