Absolutely appalling customer service from management today @Tesco - I have been charged twice for the same transaction of £160. Have been told that the pending payment ‘should’ not go through, will have to wait a few days to see. Meanwhile I am £160 worse off. DM me please!

@JillScottJS8 hi Jill, bit of a long shot but my 8 year old daughter has been playing football since she was 4, and broke her arm in 2 places last week and had to have surgery. She is a huge fan and would love a get well soon message 🙏🏻 She will be watching @socceraid ❤️

@taylorswift13 went to watch your show at the cinema today @ShowcaseCinemas Nantgarw. Did you knowthey won’t allow you to buy child’s tickets? It cost £16.50 pp which is so hard in a cost of living crisis. We loved it and you were amazing! But £49.50 for 3 tickets in the cinema!

Took my two daughters to the Taylor Swift Eras tour movie today @ShowcaseCinemas in Nantgarw. Wasn’t able to buychildren’s tickets so was £49.50 for the 3 of us! How is this acceptable in a cost of living crisis? Are you able to give an explanation on the inflated ticket prices?
