@CebuPacificAir What did really happened last February 15 at isa ako sa minalas at nagkaproblema sa pagbook ng ticket, after paying the amount of Php 7,012.40, nag hang na ang system, nawala na ang booking, no confirmation, no itinerary, no ref number given.

@CebuPacificAir Hi po, may I ask if where can I file a complaint for paying two round trip tickets but the trip were not booked. The money was deducted already from my gcash account and according to gcash it was already processed and transferred to cebu pacific air account. It's Php 7,012.40.

I've talked to charlie and to a live agent but it did not helped..
