@JoshNorris She has been doing this for a while. She is learning the details of the X's and O's. At some point she will take over for her dad. Who by the way did the same thing when his dad ran the team.
@droppedballspod All that to say my expectations this year were 2nd in the division miss the playoffs with AR making progress by the end of the year. I still think it can happen and have said he will start for Indy again. I think after this stretch of tough teams he is back as starter.
@droppedballspod How much time well depends on a lot variables but its more than a few weeks. Coaching front office needs at least 3 yrs. Thats not 3 yrs to win it all but show progress. The great teams all focus on continuity as a core fundamental building block.
@droppedballspod AR getting injured last year really messed up the plan. We as fans will only ever have half or less of all the info about players and decisions. The team or player is only ever going to give you half-truths or generic answers. I trust the process and believe you give it time.
@droppedballspod Or it could have totally broken him. Flacco was bad last night and while not a fan of the move I think the coach is trying to protect AR. They said it last night if AR started and had another sub 50% media and Fans would crush him, they already were starting prior.
@DariusJButler lol I just did some unfollows and blocks. If the Colts listened to Colts Twitter we would have a new coach and front office every week. I'm more tired of the negativity every week than I am of the Colts being stuck as a 500 team.
@droppedballspod lol there is a reason Winston has been a starter in the last 5 yrs. his last full season he threw 33 TD's but also 30 INT's. Has never had a winning record as a starter.
@VeveJones007@GarrisonCarr What, as they have said they are not out on him. Look teams call other teams all the time about players in normal business. No news here. I also don't think they half ass things.
@Schultz_Report They are not trading him. This is normal as any good GM should call about player availability. That doesn't mean anything will happen. This shouldn't even be news but expected.
@TheDestinAdams This is my issue with media and the use of dysfunctional. Words like should be used at the end of seasons or long term rebuilds. AR needed to improve on 3 fronts mechanics, maturity and experience. 2 of the 3 can be done without playing. What they did was right not dysfunctional
@RomeovilleKid I would argue teams and fans give up too easy on the players. Add in that the usually the team fires everyone so new staff means new players. The fact that players can go elsewhere and succeed proves that point.
@RomeovilleKid I think we are in a different era of how players need to be developed. AR is also a unique case so limited on QB experience both on playing and the leadership side. Playing the NFL at an elite lvl is both physical and mental. You have to develop both.
