chapter 7 will fall on The Day Dess Disappeared. On the Weird Route, Kris, The Soul, and Noelle will “fuse” their souls. then, they’ll glitch out of the game to the “other side of the lake”, referring to outside of the game. Creating a paradox where they disappear Dess
@elytam_ i knew that scene was Krusie. But at the same time i also mainly thought Kris was looking at her for being stupid bc she asked “humans or monsters?” When Kris literally only knows monsters 😭
@aceofdarts68@dwyl183 i dig it but why pacifist when going Twisted Swrd? Unless it ends up being more like a key for some secret boss/interaction wouldn’t you end up wanting to use it?
@MjolnirRequiem@467Doggo Then there’s The Knight. beyond paralelling Kris’ desperation to escape the prophecy, spamton has ties to Tenna, Mike, and someone we don’t know yet on the phone. Most if not all Crystal Holders have a lot going on for them and then Mew Mew lacks it outside of hype moments & aura
@MjolnirRequiem@467Doggo i mean that importance is one singular thing. Besides telling us the prophecy, Gerson is integral to Susie’s arc and defeating the Titan. besides paralleling us in a cage, jevil is frequently quoted and mentioned implying his words will be important later.—
@JcJane777 not sure about Darkners. But there would HAVE to be a Chara Dustner, or maybe Corpsener? that and a ton of Floweys that care for her because she’s buried in those golden flowers.
@resurgenc@jmoriboy it’s sweet. She even waters the garbage flowers. her and Asgore seem to be able to stay closer than in UNDERTALE, it’s a sad divorce, but it reminds me of my own parents alot.
@CanecaTorcan what could’ve made Dess envious of Kris, is the fact that they’ve always been talented. Pizza Pants says so piano always came so easily to Kris, and it’s possible that Dess seeing a kid be so good at something she loves but always struggled with made her feel a certain way.
@CanecaTorcan when we look in her room, we notice that she has a collection of old, damaged instruments like the violin, flute, and a microphone. Dess has a very clear love of music, but it seems like she struggled with actually playing and practicing
@TheRedGoner “unless you think The Knight hit a frame perfect Fountain.” Yes, yes i do, it’s objectively the only possible answer. if one extra fountain is stated to create a titan, then the only possible explanation is a frame perfect fountain. The Knight is just goated.
@DantehDrea43630 whole chapter plays around that something will happen if they meet. Then they say nothing to each other and Asgore’s just like oh they look like Asriel lol
@dessbian The Knight embodies the Denial of Dreams. she is an inevitable, force of the prophecy. Destroying Darkners, putting an abrupt end to their dreams and friendships. this can even be reflected by her collection of broken objects. At a cost, she’s left all alone like Susie says.
@dessbian i’ve been doing this for Dess but with “Denial” by Sevendust. It’s perfect, The Knight is the antithesis to The Fun Gang’s belief in The Dreams of The Dark World. where they value the lives and dreams of Darkners and build friendships with them, Dess completely disregards them.
