According to the reliable source, Meitei Terrorists from Heirok Meitei Area cross the buffer Zone with Sophisticated looted weapons and attack Haikot Kuki Village, Peljang Kuki Village at around 9:00am today. This happened in Tengnoupal District Outer Manipur/Kuki Territory.

👉🏽Kuki Village Volunteers/innocent civilians defenders retaliated the attack with licence guns.

👉🏽As per report - One Meitei Terrorist injured while intruding Kuki Village.

‼️Effective enforcement of Buffer Zone and the Central forces should be given power and authority to stop Meetei Terrorists from intruding and attacking Kuki villages.

‼️The Central government should immediately reign in Manipur government who is now controlled by the Meetei militant groups. The state government has completely surrendered to the Meetei militants and alternative arrangement to save innocent Kuki should be given at the earliest. 

‼️The Central government should expedite the formation of Union Territory with Legislature for Kuki tribals as the Meitei and Kuki Completely separated since 3rd May, 2023.

*The Kukis were instructed not to cross the buffer zone by Assam Rifles. The purpose of establishing 'buffer zones' is to ensure that Meiteis and Kukis stay within their villages and refrain from attacking each other. The Kukis have adhered to and respected the central government's instructions, abstaining from crossing the buffer zone to attack Meiteis.*

However, Col. Aakash Oinam of 18 Assam Rifles, who belongs to the Meitei community, is assisting the Meitei militias UNLF-MPA in crossing the buffer zone to attack the Kukis.

He consistently destroys the bunkers of Kuki village volunteers who protect their villages and people, while allowing free access to the buffer zone for Meitei militants to attack the Kukis.

Without the support of Assam Rifles, the Meiteis would neither have the courage nor the audacity to attack the Kukis. Yet, with the co-operation of Col. Akash Oinam from 18 AR, they have attacked the Kukis, who peacefully resided in their area, not anticipating Meitei militants crossing the buffer zone, as it's an established status quo that both warring communities should respect. Due to this presumption by the Kukis, the Meiteis took the advantage with the help of Col. Akash Oinam, 18 AR, who belongs to the Meitei community.

Nevertheless, we, the Kukis, as warriors, do not fear and stand firm to defend our land, vowing to fight until the last drop of our blood.

When a Kuki says "TAHCHAPA," it is the warrior's blood proclaiming the commitment to fight until the end.

Manipur reels from shocking video: UNLF militants, posing as state police, attack Kuki-Zo village.

A video circulating online today has plunged Manipur into fresh turmoil. It allegedly shows heavily armed militants, dressed in #ManipurStatePolice uniforms, attacking the #Kuki_Zo village of Satang, Saikul in Kangpokpi District.

The militants openly identify themselves as the proscribed United National Liberation Front (#UNLF) and proudly display their dual emblems: the Manipur Police badge on one shoulder and the UNLF badge on the other.

This blatant impersonation of state forces raises crucial questions about the extent of UNLF infiltration and potential collusion with local authorities. The video fuels existing tensions and casts doubt on the recent peace deal signed between a faction of UNLF and the Indian government.

A popular Meitei Facebook page also claimed the attack was carried out in collaboration with Commandant Oinam Meitei of the 18 Assam Rifles. Another video reportedly from the same scene shows Korunganba, leader of the Meitei radical group #ArambaiTenggolMilitants, leading a large group of men, all dressed in police uniforms, towards the Saikul area.

These disturbing visuals demand immediate and thorough investigation. The Indian government must clarify its stance: are these attacks the work of a rogue UNLF faction or evidence of a deeper, coordinated operation involving state personnel and Meitei militants?
