@CursedToastSDA Thanks for your suggestion, the reflow did help. I wanted to avoid bridging where possible (and bridged a few in the process of reflowing), but it seems to work well for read and write on a Kingston 16GB card. Thanks again for your help.
@CursedToastSDA I have a V1 Chromatic and installed an SD card slot, but can't seem to get Chromagic to read the card. I've tried a few cards from 4GB to 32GB, all FAT32. Do you see anything in the soldering that might be an issue? No visible bridging or continuity between the
pins with my multimeter. Is there any way I can get debug output from Chromagic to see what might be going on? The only obvious thing is there's no resistor on the DAT0 line, but I've seen that on other Chromatic boards as well. Thanks!
@CursedToastSDA Right, there’s no shorts between the legs. I’ve tried Samsung, SanDisk, and Lexar, along with a handful of unbranded ones just to try. I’ve also checked for the cart-present pins working plus 3.3V coming into the card. I don’t have a logic analyzer for any of the data pins.

Young protesters aren’t always the most accurate, or knowledgeable about the history or details of a region. Who among us was?
But young people do have a superpower: they can smell hypocrisy from a mile away.
They believe the ideals we state, and then see what we actually do.
Feel I need a new Twitter handle to feature the delusional as fuck sellers on Facebook marketplace. A lady wants to rent her 3d printer for $50/hr, a printer that costs…$170.
It’s a special kind of betrayal when a zombie podcast inserts an episode from another show as an ad. No, I’m not interested. There isn’t enough time left in the day to be interested.
Please note: if you choose to use a word like “cromulent” twice in a presentation, it may behoove you to be familiar with the definition of the word. Hint: it does not mean “relevant.”
If Ford had anything like a competitive instinct they’d ink a deal to install fast chargers at every Home Depot and Lowes to further the adoption of electric trucks, particularly for tradespeople.
That and the schadenfreude I’d enjoy when those chargers get ICEd by other F-150s.
I just typed in "https://t.co/8A7akSnOHO" and @googlechrome autocompleted to search for "https://t.co/8A7akSnOHO tracking" instead. A browser that prefers you search as opposed to going to the URL you typed in. Crazymaking.
