@GoFirstairways poor experience on cancellation by this airlines.. first they hold refund amount in something called credit shell. In web cancellation it defaults to credit shell even though credit card booked tickets.
Despite calling and telling them to refund to credit card this airline does not refund money. They simply delay by saying it takes weeks to 10 days to credit. Very bad practice. These guys blocked my 1.27 lakh on my credit card without refunding for several weeks
