@Flipkart The phone now costs ₹39,999, so my demand is simple:

₹39,999 refund OR a replacement, along with the compensation @Flipkart had already agreed to but never processed, for the 2-month delay, harassment, wasted working hours and inconvenience.

Despite repeated assurances, the issue remains unresolved.

Meanwhile, my money has been stuck with Flipkart for nearly 2 months, and I still don't have a usable phone.

@Flipkart Providing false information on a formal consumer grievance platform is extremely serious and raises concerns of potentially fraudulent conduct.

Flipkart responded that I had reported the defect after 7 days, despite my complaint being raised on Day 1.

I submitted proof as requested, yet the complaint was closed without resolution.

At one point, I was told the replacement couldn't be delivered due to a “serial number mismatch”, while the delivery executive claimed the serial number wasn't even present on the outer box.

More confusion. More waiting.

Every time, I was told:

“Your issue has been escalated. Please wait 24 hours.”

24 hours became days. Days became weeks. Still no resolution.

The front camera was completely non-functional from Day 1, and I reported it on 10 July, the very next day after delivery.
