@jonstronglives@brytothefuture Huge congratulations @jonstronglives and the entire team behind it. Getting anything made these days is super difficult and stories like this helps other people in their journey or perseverance. I can’t wait to watch it, any idea where it’ll come out in the UK?
IT NEVER RAINS, IT POURS.
Yesterday I announced my tv show production was cancelled due to budget constraints and now I find myself unemployed with a family to feed and bills to pay. Thank you to everyone for their amazing support and all the encouraging messages. I appreciate it immensely.
They say it never rains it pours, and this seems to be true. I saved up quite a bit of money and invested it hoping to build some kind of stable future, but to cut a long story short, Trumps economic policies and tariffs and the effect it's had on the stock market has affected my investments and savings significantly.
So I'm back to the drawing board, but rather than grieve those losses I need to keep moving. So I've decided to offer my services to the writing community to keep bread on the table till something either happens in my feature career or I get hired again.
If anyone needs help with writing, reading and notes, rewriting, editing, story consultation or anything in that vein, I am happy to offer my experience and expertise. Please DM and we can discuss rates. I'd also ask if anyone knows/hears of any paid opportunities you yourself cannot take advantage of and would like to pass along, that you DM me.
Thank you again for the moral support. It means a lot to me. Onward and upward.
Aspiring writers, listen up! 🎬🎭📺

That's why having a strong brand is so important, same content on a different platform because Netflix is basically the new cable. The question is will @netflix ever be open to license their original content that didn't do well on different platforms to see a small revival?
