Breaking News: President Tinubu was Asked Today, What is your message to Nigerians about the Issue of Insecurity, he responded : “Issue of insecurity, that is the lawf, that is the obedience of law” 😭😭😭😭
On 13 Jan 2025, @NatIndCourtNig ruled that the Police Service Commission lacked powers to forcibly retire a Deputy Inspector-General merely because his junior had become Inspector-General of @PoliceNG.
The case was filed by Ambakina Moses Jitoboh, the DIG from Bayelsa State who had been passed over 2ice for the post of IGP.
On the day the Court delivered its judgment, Jitoboh was in his 16th day in the mortuary. He had died on 28 December 2025. But because he insisted on Justice, this past week, the #JitobohPrecedent saved the careers of 8 DIGs & 21 AIGs.
Few people in life are able to point to such a legacy of impact at the end of their earthly race.
So, today, I pay tribute to the memory of Ambakina Moses Jitoboh whose stubborn commitment to doing things right reminds us why life is not always a popularity contest.
It is also a tribute to the work of his lawyer, @sjonu, who did the case despite the best efforts of many forces to intimidate him from pursuing it.🙏🙏🙏

Can Bwala substantiate what he said here about President Tinubu buying his election. Those are serious allegations!
Can he tell us How President Tinubu bought the elections!
Dear Benue State Government,
You may deny it publicly, but the mass graves, displaced families, and burning villages tell the truth.
Genocide isn’t erased by a press statement.
Benue is bleeding, and the world can see it.

The Accuser of Peter Obi.
Relentlessly and doggedly, he battered Peter Obi, labeled him a liar, tribal jingoist, cowardly politician and all sorts of invectives. He accused Obi of dishonesty and uses every and any incident in the country to demarket, provoke and malign Peter Obi. In all these acidic attacks from his accuser, Peter Obi maintained stoic silence. Vintage Obi; calm and calculated.
This accuser started flirting with Tinubu's government and became it's unsolicited spokesperson. While pretending it was a patriotism driven act, every intelligent and discerning Nigerian knew he was lusting and scheming for something from Tinubu.
When it looked like Tinubu was overcoming the temptation, the accuser went international. He invited some white folks to come and investigate an issue he has been denying on behalf of the Federal government.
He didn't see it coming. The same person he invited called him out as a hypocrite, liar and manipulator on live TV. The man went further to describe the deceptive things the accuser did and said. Now we know what we've always suspected and said, that this guy can do anything for political patronage and social media earnings. That's why he can exploit tribal sentiments to get views and engagements, with the igbos being the most battered (no thanks to the igbo hoodlums who follow sentiments and emotions and made him their hero when he unleashed attacks after attacks against Buhari).
In any case, the accuser of Peter Obi has been thrown down, that's how Rev 12:10-11 puts it.
Rivers LG Election: A Mockery of Democracy
The conduct of the Rivers State local Government election is rascality taken too far. It represents a double tragedy for our democracy when a Sole Administrator - himself illegally appointed - dares to conduct an election that should empower the people. This is not democracy; it is the outright desecration of its very foundation.
Such actions are unconstitutional, legally untenable, and morally indefensible. They send a dangerous message that the rule of law can be discarded at the whim of those in power. But the truth remains unshaken: illegality can never give birth to legitimacy. Any structure erected on a foundation of lawlessness is a danger to both the state and the people.
Nigeria cannot afford to continue on this perilous path. We cannot pretend to practise democracy while silencing the will of the people - especially at the grassroots, where democracy matters most.
If we truly seek progress, we must uphold the sanctity of the ballot, safeguard the people’s right to choose, and insist that leadership at every level flows from their mandate - not from contraptions that mock democracy. Only then will governance have meaning, and only then can the sacred bond of trust between leaders and the people be restored.

Aren't you supposed to be happy that the evidence Deji says he has against Peter Obi can finally be revealed so that you have more against Peter Obi?

Are you afraid there will be nothing?
By the way, this was under Buhari hence the dates. Under the Tinubu regime, you can multiply these figures by 10 or 15. And that's why I always recommend blocking all these handles that you see pretending to be foolish on Twitter. They're not actually foolish. They're working for their money, and the attention you give them is part of their KPI. You cannot argue or insult them into submission because their KPI is actually to hold your attention - not to 'win' the battle of ideas.
The most important thing to understand about the Nigerian government from 2015 to present is that it is controlled from abroad. It has no ideas of its own. Per the instruction from the real ogas in DC, the main purpose of investig billions into social media information warfare is to keep the sub-imperial citizens of Darkest Africa ENGAGED. So that they think that by insulting pro-government handles with their slam-dunk quote tweets, they are actually achieving something. Meanwhile as long as they're not organising offline for actual revolution or at least mass protest, the investment has accomplished its goal - to keep them in an internet cage arguing pointless things with Ogbeni Dipo and the crinkle-head guy.
Except you have the same kind of money and capacity to set up your own competing internet shitpost army, you CANNOT beat them at their own game. It's materally impossible. The ONLY way to win is to refuse to play their game with them, which is why I block them in the dozens every single day including today.
Stop helping government-sponsored shitposters achieve their KPIs with your comments and retweets. BLOCK THEM. Starve them of what helps them keep their job - your attention.
A Picture That Lifted Me, Now Weighs Heavy on My Heart.
I took this photo during the 2023 general elections in Nigeria. A powerful moment where a young boy stood in front of @PeterObi ’s convoy in Orile, arms wide open, fearless and unfiltered.
That single frame resonated with thousands, and for me, it became a defining moment in my journey as a photographer. It shot me into new spaces, opened doors, and became a symbol of something bigger than just an image.
But behind the lens, there’s a weight I now carry. It has been hard to look at it without feeling pain.
I recently found out that the same boy, this same kid who unknowingly gave so much meaning to that photo, was victimized by touts just last month. They attacked him because he didn’t “share” the money he received from kind Nigerians when the picture blew up. That broke me.
To create something so powerful, only to find that its ripple effect brought harm to the very subject that gave it meaning… it’s hard to process. This picture was a treasure. Now, it holds a deep ache in my heart.
Thankfully, he has now been released, thanks to the incredible work done by Barrister @InibeheEffiong. And I’m grateful that Peter Obi and the leadership of the obidient moment through, @YunusaTanko also stepped in to support.
There’s some relief in that, but the weight of it all still lingers. But I can’t help but reflect on the responsibility we carry as storytellers; to not just capture moments, but to protect the lives within them.
This is a reminder that every photo we take carries a responsibility. Let’s do better, for every child whose face becomes a headline, and for every story we tell.
I’m hopeful that a new Nigeria is still possible.
