@WhichUK@currys Thanks - will take a look - my issue is not how - but why such a bad process. As an advocate for customer engagement I feel it’s my duty to shout out about terrible processes. I wanted to email or complete a contact form - instead it took a gif of a carrier pigeon !

The rent cap will be set at 7%. All the comments so far have been about the problems this will cause to HAs. No one has yet mentioned the problems it will cause to tenants and leaseholders who are already struggling. That’s before the expected higher increase in service charges.
