I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years and I take several flights every month as a touring musician and I never had any problems with my pedalboard bag which is designed to fit under the seat. I have would strongly advice to avoid #easyjet and I will report to @WeAreTheMU

Awful experience today with @easyJet charged me 58euros for my pedalboard bag that I always use as hand luggage that fits under the seat.They didn’t believe me and charged me saying that I would have missed my flight otherwise.

It’s terrible that no matter how many times I explained it, they didn’t believe me and they just charged me saying that otherwise I would have not been able to border the flight. Once on board my pedalboard bag fitted perfectly under the seat as you can see in the video
