@vienaneuro @Suz_Maloney @DeepLabCut I definitely agree with @vienaneuro , as long as resolution and contrast (between animal and background) are good, tracking should be efficient. More than one camera might help with specific pose estimation (i.e. side camera for rearing). In our lab we work with AVI files.
