🚀 NEW PODCAST EPISODE! 🎙️
Can one decision change a life? Adrian Cook’s story says YES. 🧵👇
1️⃣ Adrian spent years battling alcohol addiction. Then, he was diagnosed with cancer—twice. One of those diagnoses was terminal.
Dr. Gabor Maté on the hidden cost of "good" parenting
"If you're a good parent, you frustrate your 2-year-old—no cookie before dinner.
Healthy kid throws a tantrum.
But punish the anger ('sit alone till you calm down') and the message becomes: 'If I show my real self, I lose love.'
They choose attachment over authenticity—every time.
Because without attachment, they can't survive.
They grow up pleasing others, afraid of their true selves.
Then at 30, 40, 50: 'Who am I? Whose life am I living?'"
This is how we lose ourselves early—and spend decades finding our way back.
1:29 clip inside—profound truth.
Earlier this month, the Women’s Rights Network, who obtained police data, published a report revealing that women and girls in unisex changing rooms are being targeted by sexual predators across England and Wales. 80 sexual assaults, 16 rapes and 65 incidents of voyeurism took place in leisure centres in 2023. https://t.co/tYfJVhamOS
A freedom of information request in 2024 revealed that 62% of trans-identified male inmates in UK prisons had committed at least one sexual offence.

When you admit men who claim to be women into spaces where women and girls are naked or otherwise vulnerable, the risk to girls and women increases. The evidence is clear and those still determined to deny it - you, @bphillipsonMP, every trans activist determined to push their unfalsifiable ideas about gender onto the whole of society - will rightly be judged by history as having enabled harm to women and girls in service of a dangerous, quasi-religious ideology.
DON’T FORGET: The AAP declared it “acceptable” for pediatricians to dismiss families who refuse vaccines.
That decision normalized firing patients for medical choice—and led to over half of pediatricians now refusing to see unvaccinated children.
This is coercion, not medicine.
For decades they’ve told us “Vaccines do not cause autism.”
They said they had mountains of evidence. They said the science is clear.
So we sued the CDC and demanded the proof that vaccines (plural) do not cause autism.
We won.
They had none.
After years of advocacy and lawsuits - the CDC updated its website. Evidence based medicine is taking a step forward.
Thank you to all of those who have supported @ICANdecide along the way - and thank you to @AaronSiriSG for the tenacity it’s taken to come this far.
I just changed my username to my actual name. For the last four years, I’ve used “mdbreathe” to evade the censorship police… but I finally feel safe enough to use my actual name. And trying a new photo where I’m looking straight ahead, instead of avoiding eye contact.
I want to address something. A clip of my speech in Lenox MA about female infertility caused by the Pfizer vaccines was just posted. This is an extremely important message. Maybe I wore an unflattering dress; maybe I did not look my best that day. Some (female) commentators in the feed below the clip decided to criticize my appearance. I happen to be in pain from an injury and struggling with walking, and I just can’t take the annoyance of these comments right now so I deleted the clip. You should consider, when you think about the world you want, the impact on female public figures of the constant criticism of their appearance that they endlessly receive. My whole career, since I was 26, I was told I was either too pretty to be taken seriously or, as today, somehow not up to par and I needed to improve something, or both at once, or a dress was too revealing or a neckline was too low or my hair was too big or too unruly or it was falling in my face too much. It is EXTREMELY difficult to stay focused on difficult work and on the challenge of delivering an important painful message in the face of both the stresses of the work itself PLUS this constant sexist judgment of public women’s looks, including of my own. You get the leaders you deserve. And if you constantly wear down women in the public eye and force them to think about things that are not even important rather than about the work at hand, eventually they will throw in the towel, because they are human. Consider that the woman you are bitchily judging may be in pain, or struggling to walk, or simply tired and preoccupied, or even consider that the mass murder of babies which is the focus on my talk is important and your nasty comments about my dress or hair or body ARE NOT IMPORTANT. You are just acting out or bored or trying to make yourself feel better for some reason. So think about the impact you have on public women with these constant bitchy evaluations of them, and if you want any real leaders to show up, RE-PRIORITIZE and manage your destructive impulses. I am done with this nonsense. You know who you are.
Imagine having to work a grocery store job at 88 years of age because your company took your pension away just as you were getting ready to retire. This is sad.
A 17-year-old just built a mind-controlled prosthetic arm for $300.
Yes, $300.
For something that usually costs $450,000.
Let that hit you.
A teenager, working from home, used AI, cheap materials, and 23,000 lines of code to build a device that reads brain signals without surgery, without implants, and without a $450K price tag.
This is not a feel-good story.
It’s a warning shot.
How can a high school student build something 1,500× cheaper than the industry standard?
What does that say about innovation?
About pricing?
About who gets access to life-changing technology?
Of course, medical prosthetics are expensive for real reasons:
materials, testing, regulation, customization.
But let’s be honest — not all of that justifies a half-million-dollar price.
This story exposes a simple truth:
The future of accessibility won’t come from the system.
It will come from the outsiders who dare to challenge it.
If a 17-year-old can match top-tier prosthetics for a fraction of the cost…
why aren’t these solutions available to the millions who need them?
What do you think — breakthrough moment or the start of a bigger revolution?

Clinicians are seeing an alarming rise in cancer following the rollout of the mRNA shots.
Why is @CDCgov not disclosing the cancer data?
@DrKellyVictory
New study from the Annals of Int. Medicine. "The United States faces a predicted shortage of 36,500 physicians by 2036, with an increasing proportion of physicians leaving clinical practice or expressing an intent to do so." Medicine has lost its soul. https://t.co/cAAptHHLcK
For the avoidance of doubt and to stop repeated media errors being amplified including that of the Prime Minister I am not a ‘health advisor’ to Reform. I never have been and I have not been involved in helping them write their health policy. I’m not even a member of @reformparty_uk or any political party. I do that deliberately because it keeps my voice as a healthcare practitioner and public health advocate independent. That also applies to my advisory role to MAHA Action. I share my views and get feedback ( written and verbal ) on a regular basis with senior advisors within HHS, senior scientists within NIH and members of ACIP. At no point have they told me to ‘shut up’ or tried to influence my advocacy even if they disagree.
As to Reform, I was invited to share my insights including that of the US administration in reference to MAHA by Nigel Farage as a guest speaker at their conference. Again I must emphasise that I’m not an ‘anti - vaxxer’ which is in my view a term of abuse and deliberately used to smear and stifle ANY discussion on vaccine safety which is counterproductive. I have written and continue to reiterate in my interviews that in my view traditional childhood vaccines are the safest of all medical products which I also stated in early 2021 on @GMB when I was asked to help tackle covid vaccine hesitancy for high risk individuals of BAME background. YES, let me repeat I took two doses of Pfizer and supported and encouraged it’s use for elderly and high risk on national television. Of course the evidence has greatly evolved since then on the covid mRNA product both in relation to its safety and effectiveness as I stated in my reform speech. In the spirit of openness I have also been diagnosed with covid vaccine injury as I told @megynkelly and have been managing and supporting patients with covid vaccine injury.
I’m ALSO greatly concerned as I warned in 2022 when I called for a moratorium on the covid ‘vaccine’ ( more appropriately described as a gene therapy) that because of mishandling of the pandemic especially through coercion and mandates ( with lack of accountability) trust in other vital vaccines has declined. Large sections of the media have also tried to deliberately isolate me despite the fact that THOUSANDS of doctors share my views evidence by the Hope accord petition. Also in reference to the Royal Family and a covid vaccine cancer link that was something I was asked to convey by one of the worlds most published and eminent oncologists, Professor Angus Dalgleish. He is more than happy to give interviews to explain his position further. Please do that and challenge him with whichever expert you like. I’m sure he will welcome it.
To reach a greater scientific truth for a healthy society it is essential that we listen to all perspectives through open and respectful dialogue and not suppress or smear legitimate voices and concerns. We’ve already experienced the damage that has done throughout the pandemic. Let’s all do better 🙏
If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal.
If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist.
If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian.
If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.
When this madness ends, which it will, one of the ugliest things to look back on will be how women weren't even allowed to the dignity of owning their sex-specific trauma. The misogyny is simply breathtaking.
