@BestBuySupport Yes, my concern is not the ceiling, it’s getting someone out to fix the washer. No washer with 3 kids (1 of which is 4 months old) is unacceptable when this was a Best Buy mistake. We had to drive to a relatives house to do laundry last night.

@BestBuy washer leaked because of improper installation by BB...can’t fix until Wednesday..family of 5, no working washing machine. Insane!! Not to mention ceiling damage.
