@JuevosBanchero Same here. The last thing I read is FSU is against it because it restricts teams from changing conferences. It would stop FSU from leaving the ACC or put a short term deadline on it before the restriction takes effect. Florida senators voted against it.

@JKBOGEN His foot was out of bounds when he made contact. The defender had to go out of bounds to make the hit at that angle. He wouldn't have been able to hit him if he didnt track him out of bounds. But I do agree they protect the qb too much. This just seems like a clear late hit
