@asda to come down the drive or ring the intercom...or ring my daughter to say either he couldn't find ilus, he was going to be late.. absolutely no COMMUNICATION!!!
Its a disgrace and unacceptable...
and then @asda your customer service was equally as bad..

@IainDale @bookingcom I've had the same with a booking for a cottage in august...
booking was cancelled due to maintenance problems and @bookingcom have been no help in refunding the booking

obviously it says no longer taking bookings at the moment but I had a booking 2 weeks ago that the owners cancelled due to maintenance work at the property...
full refund expected but nothing...
and now they don't answer my calls or emails

smell was awful but we got a tray at a time and tasted delicious!

queue for the shop was huge at 9.45 so bypassed the queue and had a fabulous sausage butties and a pint of hawkstone lager!
Great atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed our visit
