1/ External leader nodes on shards 1, 2, and 3 required a restart to resolve an issue where cross-link communication became stuck.

Our engineers are working on a permanent solution for this issue to prevent it from occurring in the future.

Going to go out on a limb and say the small validators with a second key aren't the ones keeping other small validators out.

It's the people taking up 8+ slots bidding within the last 100.

You're going to predatory over 1% of a person's total APR? At a time when the coin price has fallen 94%? At the expense of decentralization?

There's a functionality to knowing which larger validators are willing to actively prey upon smaller validators - and thus, decentralization of the network, for their own interests.

"How stable is the process that anoints green paper to weeks of work? Who decides? Why should we trust it."

Insinuating green paper has intrinsic my critiquing other currencies is, certainly, an interesting approach.
