Why does government only ever grow, no matter which party’s in charge?
Back in 1944, economist Ludwig von Mises asked the question that still makes bureaucrats squirm:
how do you even measure whether a government agency is doing a good job?
A business has profit and loss staring it in the face every single day, but government agencies have no prices, no profit, and no objective way to tell if they’re succeeding or failing.
So they replace it with rules. Endless procedures, red tape, and rigid process when there’s no market feedback to keep them honest.
Then William Niskanen came along in 1971 and made it even clearer that bureaucrats aren’t cartoon villains, but rational people responding to incentives. And their incentive is “bigger budgets equal more power”.
No profit motive to restrain them so every incentive in the system pushes them to grow.
That’s why it doesn’t matter who wins elections. The machine keeps expanding because that’s how it’s built.
Sure there’s corruption, but that’s only a symptom of the ever growing system working exactly as designed.
American farmers will burn the whole country down so they can make one more dollar.

Everything the government touches gets more expensive.
Everything it leaves alone gets cheaper.
Since January 2000, overall prices are up 93%. Wages are up 131%. Now look at what happened sector by sector.
Prices that exploded:
- Hospital services: +240%
- College tuition: +180%
- College textbooks: +150%
- Medical care: +140%
- Childcare: +122%
- Housing: +111%
Prices that collapsed:
- Cellphone service: -45%
- Computer software: -70%
- Toys: -73%
- Televisions: -97%
That is not a coincidence.
It is a mechanism.
Every sector in the first list runs on subsidized demand and somebody else's money. Student loans pay the tuition bill. Insurance and Medicare pay the hospital bill. Subsidy programs pay the childcare bill. When the buyer never sees the real price, the price stops behaving.
Every sector in the second list makes you pay directly, against global competition. There is no federal television loan program. So TVs got 97% cheaper over the same 25 years tuition nearly tripled.
None of this is new. In 1987, Reagan's education secretary Bill Bennett predicted that every increase in federal student aid would simply be swallowed by tuition hikes. Economists call it the Bennett hypothesis. Four decades of data have called it correct.
And yes, new cars sit on the market side at +25%. Someone will bring up the bailout, which is fair. Washington spent about 80 billion dollars on the auto rescue and taxpayers ate roughly 10 billion of it. But a one-time rescue of two companies is not a standing subsidy to every buyer. You still pay for your own car, and Toyota still exists. Even with bailouts, mandates, and tariffs, cars rose 25% while inflation ran 93%.
So the next time someone tells you healthcare and college are expensive because of market failure, show them the chart. The market is the part that worked.

The entire stadium booed Trump at the FIFA final. He's gone from stadiums filled with patriots who adored him to stadiums filled with patriots who hate him.
He has COMPLETELY missed the plot. How the mighty hath fallen.
When Thomas Jefferson tried to abolish slavery in the Declaration of Independence, every line had to be unanimous. It was just Georgia & South Carolina who blocked it.
Today, the cheap labor lobbyists are also in the minority, but powerful enough to block the will of the people.
Mao Zedong slaughtered an estimated 70 million of his own people through engineered famine, labor camps, and executions. During the Cultural Revolution, he declared war on China’s own civilization, ordering the total destruction of the “Four Olds”—old ideas, old culture, old customs, old habits. His Red Guards burned books and historical manuscripts by the millions, banned traditional art, and demolished thousands of temples, monasteries, and shrines across the country. Historians, artists, musicians, writers, and religious leaders were dragged through the streets, publicly humiliated, tortured, and either murdered or driven to suicide simply for refusing to renounce their heritage. The Forbidden City was marked for destruction and was only saved at the last moment because Premier Zhou Enlai deployed troops to protect it.
Mao’s legacy is death, starvation, torture, and the deliberate annihilation of an ancient people’s soul and memory. He did nothing positive nor beneficial for China, he did was unleash civilizational catastrophe the likes we’ve never seen before. China’s development and industrialization only came when it moved away from his ideas.
Hasan Piker respects him BECAUSE this is Mao’s legacy. Hasan and other leftwing ideologues see Mao as a model, not a monster. They want the same revolutionary project brought to America: the destruction of her Christian heritage, the erasure of Western civilization, and the liquidation of anyone who still believes in truth, beauty, or the idea that America is a real people with a real history worth defending.
They don’t want coexistence. They want Year Zero. They want you dead. Charlie Kirk was proof of this. Understand this.

Philippines Congress is now investigating over 290,000 excess deaths linked to the COVID vaccines.
They’re calling out the Department of Health for turning a blind eye to turbo cancers, myocarditis, and the injured.
One representative highlighted how children are now getting sick like 70 and 80 year olds.
How many more countries will have to do this before the world wakes up?
The House will pass a $12 billion bailout for farmers suffering from high fuel & fertilizer prices caused by the Iran War, expensive equipment & parts caused by tariffs, and lower sales prices for commodities due to trade disputes with China.
But the GOP is fighting communism!
Thankfully I have numbers rather than opinions.
The average number of days per year in the U.S. reaching 95°F was ~18% lower during the 60-year period 1961 to 2020 compared to 1901 to 1960.
The number of days reaching 100°F and 105°F have also declined since 1895.
They’re literally preaching “climate apocalypse” and “rising seas will destroy us”…
… while living in multi-million dollar oceanfront mansions that would be underwater first.
Rules for thee, but not for me.
The greatest climate hoax of all time.
The LARGEST COVID shot autopsy study EVER conducted found 73.9% of deaths after vaccination were caused by the shot.
Three independent analyses estimate that COVID shots killed 470,000–900,000 Americans—more than America’s losses in WWI, WWII, Vietnam, and Iraq COMBINED.
