Your potential is LIMITLESS
and itβs up to you to make everything
you want happen in the physical realm.
All you need is the belief
that everything is in your hands.
You only need yourself
not others.
You were perfect
but others convinced you otherwise.
Donβt believe those
who bring negativity into your life.
Surround yourself with people
who share your goals and vision.
One who believes in moral relativism just wants a moral licence to live life how they want
They listen to their own thoughts and ideas and try to justify them with weak moral values
Knowing that killing/lying/robbing is wrong is not common sense, it's a moral absolute
The problem is that we don't worship anymore
We just worship the wrong things
Listen to what is now considered normal and the how moral relativism plagues our minds. You will realize humanity is on a death cult.
If you are tired of classic leg day, try this ballistic training:
- Box jumps with weighted vest
- Kettlebell swings
- Sprinting (4-8 sets all-out effort)
Explosiveness and high speed movement will get you really strong and train those stabilisers
Build functionality
@CraftOfMastery True stuff, a more holistic perspective is essential
Meaning, train for different purposes
Incorporate cardio, mobility, strength
You might feel bad if you are aesthetic but then you can't run 6 miles. The physique should match capability
@Nemanja_I_IV I see this as athletes constantly breaking world record in the olympics. If you take athletes from today and time travel to the 40s, 50s, 60s... they would all be world recordists
@Fredvine28 It was shown that winning has tremendous positive effects on testosterone
Also, keep a journal so you can always revisit the good days and do better today
@Nemanja_I_IV Getting a Bible with notes incorporated, for studying. I think it will be a good purchase. Some passages I don't understand the context and I need help
A personal trainer banned me from using it...
...but it doubled my gains.
They said it would rip off my shoulders, or that it was dangerous, unnecessary and stupid
Another weird belief from fitness professionals
It was a simple weighted belt.
Progressive overload is the way to get results, and bodyweight exercises are no exception.
When it comes to pull-ups and tricep dips, it is hard to overload when everything you have is your body
You have to find ways to make it harder
Range of motion and proper form are amazing for that, but also by adding weight to yourself
Itβs an amazing form of strength training.
In bodyweight exercises, strength comes first. Muscle definition is a byproduct.
By using a weight belt I propelled myself to 20+ pull-ups in a few months
It was the main factor that increased the pull-up record
Doing more reps helps, but you gotta develop the grip strength and the explosiveness
The the same with tricep dips - Here, I personally handle a lot of added weight, but act accordingly
Always proper form to ensure no injuries
