The final results from @ElicioTx AMPLIFY trial are in @NatureMedicine reinforcing what has been seen with other platforms - a robust T cell response to tumor antigens post-vaccine is associated with delayed #PancreaticCancer recurrence after surgery.

#WPCC#pancreaticcancer
On April 26, nearly 63,000 people across the nation came together to take steps to end #pancreaticcancer at #PanCANPurpleStride. Among them were members of the World Pancreatic Cancer Coalition (WPCC), including 🇮🇹 Fondazione Nadia Valsecchi from Italy and the 🇺🇸 Kenner Family Research Fund @KFRFpc of the United States.
United by a shared mission to improve outcomes for people with pancreatic cancer, the @WorldPCC is a vibrant, globally diverse network of organizations driving change on a worldwide scale. 🌎 PanCAN is proud to be a founding member of this powerful coalition.
Reflecting on the New York City event, @Valsecchifdn shared: “This morning we participated in the annual PanCAN walk. Lots of families, friends, smiles, and most of all, lots of emotions.” 💜
We are deeply grateful to our global WPCC partners for walking beside us — making PurpleStride a powerful and inspiring day of unity and hope! 👟
Grateful & humbled to make the 2025 #TIME100HEALTH list with such inspiring global health leaders.
This honor reflects my team, who are unrelenting in their efforts to advance new treatments for pancreatic cancer!

Tatiana L. joined us at #PanCANPurpleStride San Diego this past Saturday and reflected on her experience. 💜
She shared, "Today was such a special day — one I’ve been hoping for over the past three years.
I finally got to participate in the national PurpleStride walk to support @pancan in finding a cure and continuing research to fight pancreatic cancer. And even better, I was there with my whole family by my side.
Seeing my mom’s face light up with pure joy — it’s a moment I’ll never forget.
Knowing that there’s a whole community fighting for a cure, standing with those battling this devastating disease and those who lost their loved ones — it gave us so much hope as we continue to fight every day.
Thank you to all the doctors who are saving lives, the nurses who bring comfort, the volunteers who make these events possible, and the caregivers who fight alongside their loved ones.
Hope is Alive."
This is the heart of PurpleStride. Thank you for sharing your story, Tatiana. 💜
Incidence of Pancreas and Colorectal Adenocarcinoma in the US
https://t.co/bQddAidIdz
Two GI adenocarcinomas (#PancreaticCancer & #ColorectalCancer) with distinct trajectories.
Today the public has rallied behind us as we have powerfully demonstrated the devastating impact of #PancreaticCancer in the UK.
It is unacceptable that 797 people die of this cruel disease every month. We need to do more.
Early detection is vital to improve survival rates.
HUGE congratulations to @IamLinghua & team for her latest @Cancer_Cell study
Integrative analyses of over 14 million cells from 10 cancer types across 7 spatial transcriptomics and proteomics platforms identifies four distinct spatial CAF subtypes conserved across cancer types
