26th January is Republic Day.

So what did UFBU actually plan?
👉 A long weekend, not a movement.

Let’s speak the uncomfortable truth UFBU doesn’t want bankers to ask:

❌ One-day strikes do NOT shake the Government
❌ Token protests only help leaders claim “success” without delivering results

UFBU knows this reality.

If UFBU was serious about 5-Day Banking, the roadmap should have been announced TODAY:
3-day strike with dates
5-day strike
7-day strike
Indefinite strike clearly declared

Without escalation, this is not a struggle.
It’s controlled dissent designed to exhaust bankers, not the Government.

Dear bankers, wake up.

Ask UFBU plainly:
Are you leading a fight or just postponing decisions year after year?

One-day strike is not pressure. It’s permission to ignore us.
