(1) Bought a washer/dryer from Best Buy (#316, Downers Grove, IL) on 5/23 (Order #1126143336718). Delivered/installed by JB Hunt on 5/27. First use on 5/29: dryer failed with “Gas Supply: open gas valve or check gas supply,” indicating an installation issue.
