Saudi will increase production past 10 million bpd in April, when cuts expire.

Right now they're producing at 9.7m bpd

They can go as high as 12 million bpd.

@gbrew24 Whatever final agreement comes out of this needs to be linked to global production levels linked Paris Agreement targets. This could be opportunity to get market interests in line with long-term production targets
