Missed drink order. Aggressively shoving economy bags into biz class overhead where I had a fragile package. Zero value to priority luggage, we were nearly the last ones to get ours off the carousel in Miami. Overcrowded lounges. @united and @Delta are out pacing you.

They even stopped for a bit on the way back and claimed it was heavy traffic to keep the wait time clock running, only moving again when asked why they stopped.

@uber @Uber_Support one of your drivers is running a scam at Miami Airport.They take the fare, go along departures and stop over the top of the pickup point in arrivals just long enough to start the clock. Then driver off and try to get the extra billing for wait time. 1/
