Surely, leadership would expect systems on the ground to be firm yet humane, where genuine, urgent requests are treated with basic courtesy & sensitivity.

Protocol is important..empathy & respectful behavior are equally important.

Hoping for better implementation on the ground.

Instead, they started taking pictures of my car while I stood there complying.

I have always admired the leadership of Modi ji and Yogi ji for their focus on development, discipline, and citizen welfare.

Which is why this experience felt even more disheartening.

What was even more upsetting was the attitude, the men on duty were utterly rude and completely non-empathetic. I requested again, then pleaded. Eventually, out of sheer helplessness, tears rolled down, but there was no compassion, no understanding.

Traffic police stopped left-turn vehicles due to expected VIP movement for the Jewar Airport inauguration, while straight traffic was allowed. I requested politely—“I have an exam at 10 AM, please allow me, the road is clear.” The response was curt: “Protocol.”

I fail to understand how is the compensation of a baby, who dies in a government hospital, decided ? And who does it ? Because anyone who knows the (invaluable) value of a baby’s life will never be able to put a price tag on it, after killing them(by negligence) !

@anandmahindra Perfect example of one formula doesn't fit all. India's geography and space per person is much different from Japan, and so is the way we think. We have all kind of budget hotels.Seeing this capsule on a screen is making me difficult to breathe, staying inside will suffocate me.
