We were repeatedly told the flight would depart “shortly,” but were not allowed to deboard despite the extreme delay. This lack of transparency and respect for passengers is unacceptable.

The flight was scheduled to depart at 4:30 PM. Boarding was completed by 3:50 PM, but passengers were kept inside the aircraft until 10:40 PM before takeoff.
