A fraud was committed on my Zelle account through Truist. I will be posting the entire story next week with voicemails and photos. I caught the Fraud during the call. I immediately called Truist and Zelle and was told I had to wait 24-48 hours to file a dispute. The criminals walk away with $2500 @BankTruist @Zelle why can’t they freeze the account until they investigate? This happened only 2 hours ago.
