@MartinSLewis Joint account for household bills and separate accounts for our own bills car insurance, mobile etc. Husband negotiates for renewals/new contracts. Pay half each for weekly food shop and roughly share other day to day expenses. We are fortunate to be financially comfortable.

@mrsbaileywrites There’s no judgement if you do or don’t read, if you cry or don’t cry, if you need help to continue or don’t. If your Dad was advising you on doing this for someone else what would he say?
@angrypiln Rules should only apply if you’re not inconvenienced by them.

@KendalPeters11@BRATTYBARBl My sister worked for BMi at Heathrow and Cilla was not popular traveller. Very rude by all accounts. She actually died around the same time as our Mum and when the news was full of tributes I remember clearly my sister shouting “fuck off Cilla” several times that week.
@dresserman A colleague was punched by a customer who then complained about her. She was asked to apologise to him. She no longer works for the company.
Very common to be accused of bad service for standing up to rude customers.
