One thing that Mark Lynch hasn’t recovered from is habitual lying about his past and that his exaggerations never bear fruit.

He has claimed in multiple interviews that he received a presidential pardon in 1990 for his drug offenses. There is no record of Mark Lynch being pardoned by President Bush or any other president for his cocaine trafficking or any other drug offenses.

He claims his statement supporting legalizing cocaine was AI generated by the Graham campaign, that was a lie. It’s not just about what he did in the past, it’s about his habitual lying now— to mislead the public regarding his past and his current extreme positions on legalizing cocaine.

Just when you think it can't get any worse, it just did.

Today, Democrats opposed bringing up the Defense Appropriations Bill that funds our military in every regard, including pay, despite this bill having received overwhelming bipartisan support in the Appropriations Committee. In my view, by continuing the shutdown in these dangerous times, my Democratic colleagues are making the country less safe. Now's not the time to let your guard down when it comes to national security.
