@SillyEmy Citrustool kann man auch easy Featurewünsche einreichen und Dinge werden recht zügig umgesetzt und angepasst. (Wir haben vorhin im Stream mit dem Overlay Tool gearbeitet und einiges konnte direkt angepasst werden🥰)

Da heute ein Antrag gegen Mietwucher in den Bundestag eingebracht wurde & der Sprecher der CDU( dessen Anwaltsfirma Investoren der Immobilienwirtschaft berät🌚) den Fokus auf das Bauen neuer Wohnungen lenkt und weg vom Mietwucher:

Leider kann man (noch) keine Wohnungen melden, die man nicht bewohnt (richtig sinnvoll) Daher schickt die Info bzgl Mietwucherchecks gern weiter, sodass mehr Druck gegen Mietwucher aufgebaut werden kann <3

@phoenix_de @JM_Luczak @CDU Dass @JM_Luczak für Wohnungsbau argumentiert & nicht für die Verschärfung von Mietwucher (womit man Mietenden + Suchenden zeitnah helfen kann) ist nicht verwunderlich, wenn man nebenbei in der Immobilienwirtschaft tätig ist. Auf dem Dorf-vermietende-Strohmänner, gutes Argument.🤓
