Dont understand how your process can not allow amends before dispatch. Waste of drivers time, fuel and additional cost to customer and further delays for delivery.
@parcelforce please explain why a parcel@needs to be delivered to a wrong address before I can change it without a further 24 delay and circa £5 additional cost. I called to amend 3 hrs after order was confirmed.
@VictoriaPlumUK Had a number of thermostatic valves for a 3 was diverted replaced under warranty. The last one was sent out in January and has failed again. I need to send you a photograph of me rescaling said failed part so you can decide whether or not to replace again?
